Information on Handling of Personal Information I. Personal Information Protection Policy In order to ensure the proper handling of personal information used in the course of our business, Tubakiso (hereinafter referred to as “we”) declares that we will comply with laws, regulations, and other norms regarding the protection of personal information, and establish, implement, and maintain a voluntary system and rules for the protection of personal information.  
1. In order to implement this declaration, we have established internal rules for the protection of personal information, and will make these rules known to our employees (including directors, employees in employment relationships, temporary employees, etc.) and other related parties, and implement, improve, and maintain them.
2. In order to prevent loss, damage, falsification, or leakage of personal information, the Company shall ensure the safe management of information systems and implement appropriate information security measures, including measures against unauthorized access and computer viruses.
3. Our basic principles for the protection of personal information are as follows

In the event that personal information is entrusted to a third party in connection with the outsourcing of business, or personal information is shared with a third party, we will enter into the necessary contracts with the third party and take other measures required by law.
(5) Respect for the rights of the individual We recognize that the customer, who is the owner of the personal information, has the right to request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc. of his/her own personal information, and we will respond to such requests from the customer in accordance with the procedures stipulated by laws and regulations.

II. Acquisition of Personal Information When acquiring personal information, we will clearly state the purpose for which the information is to be used and, with the consent of the customer, acquire the information in a lawful and fair manner within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use stated in advance. If it becomes necessary to use personal information beyond the scope of the stated purpose, the Company will contact (notify) the customer to that effect and obtain consent. In addition, we do not sell products or services to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children; for those under the age of 18, we will handle personal information only after obtaining the consent of their parents or guardians in addition to confirmation and consent from the individual concerned.  

III. Purpose of Use The Company will use the acquired personal information for the following purposes  
1. Provision of services to customers Contacting customers for the purpose of confirming reservation details, etc. Payment and settlement of charges and other information/confirmation related to transactions, etc.
2.To provide information, advertisements, promotions, and questionnaires related to the management and business of the Company and its partners.
3.To monitor, improve, and develop the use of facilities, products, and services of the Company and its business partners
4.To improve the Company’s website and the Company’s services and products
5.Other operations incidental or related to the above purposes of use
6. Responses in accordance with laws and regulations or notices and guidance from administrative authorities.

    We will not provide or disclose personal information in our possession to any third party without the consent of the customer, except as permitted by law.
  2. 2.Matters related to outsourcing
    When we outsource all or part of our business to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use described in III, we will appropriately manage and supervise the outsourced company, including the conclusion of a contract that includes confidentiality management and supervision of personal information.  
  3. Matters Concerning Shared Use
    We may jointly use the personal information in our possession to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes described in IV.   4. Items of personal information to be shared
    Address, name, age, gender, nationality, emergency contact, company name, telephone number, e-mail address, flight information, and other information necessary to provide services to customers.   Credit card information used for customer payment will be screened by the settlement agent to determine avoidance of use. We do not collect, register, or store credit card information of our customers, as payment to us is made by the settlement company only if it is approved by the credit card company. Room service, room cleaning, advance payment settlement, reservation confirmation, hire car arrangement, sightseeing facility reservation, restaurant reservation, provision of information to hospitals and police in case of emergency, and other activities related to business and service provision, when deemed necessary by the Company.
